Summer Happenings

After the big kids go to bed it's so quiet and nice to soak in a little Pryce time :)

We love going to the library! We go about every other wk :)

Bike and scooter ride

Big baby boy! Still 2 months old when I took this. (His 3 months post is coming soon)

Pres loves using her leap pad to take pictures of Pryce! She gets me to come make him smile while she quickly snaps and gets so excited about capturing his smiles! no idea where she gets this love for pictures she seems to have ;)

I'm obsessed with our young living diffuser. I often diffuse lemon, purification, or thieves during the day & at night I use peace & calming- so relaxing! The peace & calming really works!

Eric trying to watch the World Cup ;)

Thank goodness for my little helper on car rides with Pryce! He still does not like the car. :( I'm hoping that'll change soon...big sis holds his paci for him

They had their "goggles" on before jumping in the "water" to go get a whale. Love their imaginations!

Slowly switching Parker's room to a Star Wars theme :)

I'm do glad Eric loves to grill. The grilled veggies are my absolute fav!!

On a walk with my crew!

Testing out his new seat :)

Ha! Always making me laugh those two ;)

Summer fun = water balloons :)

Presley wanted to just carry and keep her balloons while Parker smashed them as fast as I could fill them up- ha

Working hard! Thanks Gramma for the workbooks!

Last Saturday while daddy stayed home with a sleeping Pryce, I took the big kids to the splash pad- they had a blast!

Typical Sunday evening :)

Couple wkds ago we had our great friends the Enlows over for grilling and fun! Aubree, pres, and Parker played 90 mph the entire evening

Harper (the newest baby Enlow) met Pryce :) baby friends!

Presley has been drawing a lot lately! Here she drew mommy & daddy :) 100% Presley art

Breakfast for 2!

Playing with moon sand. Thanks Aunt Pam for sharing this idea! It's flour & oil - kind of a cross between sand and play dough. P&p had a lot of fun with it!

More Pryce portraits by Presley ;)

This girl has sooo much hair! It's long and incredibly thick! I had the same hair as a kiddo, bless my mom for drying it - it sure takes forever haha! Miles & miles of hair

We're having a blast this summer! Hard to believe it'll be coming to an end in about a month! I already got an e-mail from p&ps school with dates for meet the teacher etc. Along with school we will be likely doing gymnastics and some sport for Parker (either t ball or soccer!) going to be a busy time!

Baby Pryce just turned 3 months- that post coming soon :)

Block Party!

A couple of weeks before the 4th of July our neighborhood had it's annual 4th of July block party! Everyone brings their own chairs and gathers in a dead end area of the street for brisket, a live band, and a lot of kids running around playing. :) Pryce spent his time napping on me and then soon after he woke up we headed home for bedtime.
American beauties :) Presley & Harmony

Mornings

I had been wanting some comfy rocking chairs for our front porch since we moved into our house and finally got some a few weeks ago! We've been really enjoying the chairs and every weekend morning we sit outside for a bit and Eric & I drink our coffee- so peaceful!
Presley loves to rock with me & Parker spends most of his time drawing with chalk or asking questions ;)

Sweet Presley giving daddy hugs- this was actually on Fathers Day :)

Daddy & Pryce

The morning below it was actually raining and cool- that's why Pryce and Presley are in a blanket :)

Love our morning porch time!

Music Camp

At the last minute we decided to join our neighbor friend Kellie and her daughter Harmony for a week of "Music Around the World!" It ended up being so fun for p&p! Each day they explored a different country and the culture, foods (snack time), music, and dancing!
Parker, Easton, Brooklyn, Harmony, and Presley :)

P&P with harmony on the last day

This day they "went" to Mexico

The last day they showed off some of their dances when we came to pick them up :)

England :) they had tea (juice) and biscuits

Before music camp one morning

After a few minutes I said ok pres let me take him and feed him before we go- she kept saying- oh he's ok, he's ok ;)

I spy two cute little ones :) love that when I came to pick them up they were sitting together

Rewards!

To encourage good behavior from Parker & Presley we started filling up jars with marbles awhile back (& we take a marble away for a bad choice.) It's worked pretty well for us so far & p&p absolutely love it! They filled up their jars a few wks ago & that means a trip to toys r us to pick a new toy!

You'd never guess what aisle Presley ended up on. Of course...

However I didn't quite expect this!

There we were waiting to check out with the giant pink pony ;)
Parker wondered the Star Wars aisle with daddy & picked out a new darth vadar!

Our car on the way home. Every time I turned around I got a good laugh :)

Thank you Parker for choosing something reasonable ;) However I'm sure if they had a life sized stuffed animal darth vadar you would have chosen that haha
