Spring Happenings

Spring was full of fun around here. We had Parker's baseball season, Presley's dance, Pryce went from walking to running ;), both finished up museum school & pre-k & then we left for a family vacation to he beach! It seemed like a whirlwind & was exhausting at time but also fun! I've been hoping to make the most of these last couple months before p&p enter the world of full time school!
We attempted to fly some kites :)

Fun with friends at the park! We very often get together with my friends Kellie & Catharine. It works out perfectly so that Parker & Easton can play & Presley & Harmony can play...while us moms chat :)

We spent some time after museum school meeting Gramma at some fun places! This was at the Japanese gardens feeding the fish

On my birthday Presley told me to go back to bed so I could have breakfast in bed :) she said she saw it on peppa the pig so thanks peppa! ;) While I was waiting only breakfast she brought me some entertainment


Also on my birthday Presley & I met some friends for pedicures. It was Presley's first time at the nail salon

Presley had so much fun playing with friends at Parker's baseball games. A few times they drew self portraits with chalk :) Love this sweet girl!

Parker & Presley are 5!!!

Where do I even begin? You two are forever my first babies! It is incredibly hard to believe that you are now 5 & almost beginning a new chapter of life- big school!! It's been a fast paced 5 years with you two! You've gone from tiny NICU babies, to playful babies, to fun & sometimes feisty ;) toddlers, to now sweet, mature, loving kids! I couldn't be more proud of the kids you have become! I'll post about each of you below-
Last night as 4 year olds!! :'(














Together. Together you guys are a dynamic duo. You are the best of friends! You look after each other, play together, occasionally fight together ;), & you miss each other if apart. At the same time, you are both independent and VERY different! You are both very social and make your own friends everywhere we go.
Kindergarten- I was VERY torn on whether to split y'all or keep you together in the same class. I was about decided on splitting you since it seems that may be best but I decided to ask their pre-k teacher her opinion before kinder registration (expecting to hear they should be split.) To my surprise their pre-k teacher said she recommended keeping them together. She said they don't even sit at the same table & really do their own thing. The only thing she said she could say is if Parker isn't doing what he's supp to she goes & gets him and gets him where he's supp to be- ha! Sooo we decided to keep them together for kinder. We will take that year by year depending on how it goes.

You are my independent girl! You've taken on the title of little mommy now that you are a big sister. I'm amazed at how good you are with your baby brother. You also look after your twin brother in some ways- you are a mother Hen.
You are mature for your age & I'm often amazed by you.
Favorite things- coloring, pretend play, animals, pink, and all things girly.

You are my curious one- always asking questions, always researching something.
Talker! You love to talk & ask questions!
Class clown. You love to be silly & make people laugh.
Such a sweet, kind heart.
Favorites- Star Wars!! Space, learning, currently love learning about body systems & you say you want to be a doctor- I don't doubt it Parker. Baseball, soccer, playing with friends, playing on the iPad!

Good morning little 5 year olds!






Your birthday was on spring break so we got to have a fun filled day! Donuts, peter piper, cookies from the bakery, dinner with daddy at a hibachi restaurant, and last a cupcake & candle!

Picnic with Daddy

A few weeks ago, before this monsoon weather we've been having, we met daddy for lunch at the park! I hope we have some more nice sunny days like this coming!! Before the summer heat I hope! (April 2015)

Happy birthday to Pryce!

This post may be very similar to his 11 month post but here it goes... :)

Pryce this first year of your life I'm convinced was THE fastest year of my life! I think that's because of how fast paced our year has been between keeping up with you & your big brother & sister! You have made our year full of happiness & joy!! (& a little more exhausting...just gonna throw that one out there. Ha)
You hit mile stone after mile stone and it all just seemed to fly by!
At ONE you are-
*laid back & happy
*started the 12th month combination crawling & walking! And a few wks into the 12th month you transitioned to all walking. It's the cutest thing ever & yes you still topple over onto your bottom when you loose your balance :)
* babble & make cute sounds, copy a few words
* you do this cute little face & make sounds that almost sound like either a monkey or an owl "hoo hoo hoo" Your face when you do that is THE cutest :)
* want to be just like your big brother & sister
* like to be carried around on mommy's hip (a lot)
* still start the night in your bed & then wake up and we bring you to bed with us...then you sleep cozied up next to mommy. I'm used to it now and know one day I'll miss my little teddy bear Pryce sleeping next to me ;)
* nursing before going to sleep for naps and bedtime.
* eat 3 meals a day plus snacks
* started soy milk! Pretty soon I'm going to try you with whole milk but you've had a sensitivity to dairy so for now it's soy.
We love you sweet boy!!!
A few days before your first bday we got you a big boy haircut! I about died of your cuteness!




You were concerned about this lady cutting your hair but never cried! :)
The lady had to walk away for a minute to help someone at the front & you were all, "is she comin' back?!"

This was when big brother & sister were at museum school so after the haircut we went to hobby lobby to grab some things for your 1st bday.

After zoo nap. Held this baby boy a little bit longer before laying him in his bed! Couldn't believe my baby turned 1!


Pryce's room is an airplane theme so I figured an airplane theme is kind of his thing & perfect for his -at bday theme...especially since the theme "time flies" is perfectly fitting for how his 1st year went!

After dinner smash cake! He wasn't really in the mood ;) think the bday festivities caught up to him!


That or I got the wrong flavor ;)


The following day I took him for his 1 year well check! It became our routine to take a pic together while waiting at most of his appointments- neat to watch him grow & change!


His doctor appointment went well! The only thing of a little concern to me was he didn't grow quite as much as he had been growing. Hopefully he's had a growth spurt since that appointment, we shall see at his 15 month check!
