Children's Museum

Last week my Mom and I took the babies (until they are 4 I will probably call them the babies) ;) to the Children's Museum for fun. I had been thinking about possibly buying season passes so that I could take them whenever and even for just a short visit...however, it was SO crowded I changed my mind quick when we walked in. :) Maybe I'll try to visit again later in the Fall and hope for not such a big crowd.
Parker is so social and fearless. I love it. He takes off right away and just smiles and tries to talk to all the other little people. :)
Presley is more shy. :) Here she is in the doctor jacket holding one of the baby dolls.

See little Presley's head on the outside of the ambulance? She sticks by me mostly :)
                       Building trains

At the "Grocery Store" checking out what is left of the food. There were SO many kids in that area that poor little P & P didn't get to play with much.
This makes me laugh! These little girls were saying to Parker, "excuse me this is ours!" Poor guy just wanted to push a cart.

Presley almost succeeded at stealing a cart...notice the little girl coming up. She was saying the same thing, "this is ours" and pulled it away.

Look at ALL those strollers! Phew!
         Nana showing Parker the dinosaurs!
Parker was of course dying to go outside the whole time..it's just way too hot! We did take them out for a few minutes at the end and he was in heaven every second. :)

Well the little sweet Ps are awake so time to get busy! I love waking up before them so I can have a little time to drink my coffee. :) Have a restful Sunday!

1st Time Coloring!

A few weeks ago I introduced Parker & Presley to coloring. =) They loved it.

I love that Parker sticks out his tongue when focused. :)

Parker LOVED putting the stickers on the paper.
 My little students. :)

He would clap for himself after he would stick one down. :) Presley wasn't into much coloring after the first few minutes. I gave her another crayon to see the difference in colors and well...Presley is a little bit of a hoarder- hehe jk...but she does like to just hold her toys/belongings close to her. I often find her with 6 or 7 toys wrapped in her arms and one in each hand. Cute girl!
Their 1st piece of art work...magnificent of course. :)
ta-da! Oh and yes, some of those scribbles are mine...they had to learn how. ;)

Water Park!

About a month ago on a Saturday we took Parker & Presley to the water park! We had SO much fun- all of us! My favorite part was taking them down kiddie slide with us- they LOVED it! I'm a big kid in case you haven't noticed. ;)

Presley and Daddy going down the slide!
What is this a picture of you ask? See Parker's face between the people? hehe! He LOVED it
                       Eating lunch before heading home.
We've been back a few times since because we loved it. I'm getting really ready for fall but I will miss the water park. :)

This & That

I have a lot of posts I've been meaning to do but since each day keeps passing by and I haven't posted any of them...they're going in one big post! Too many cute pictures that I want in their blog baby book so here it goes...
=)
One of their favorite things is to be chased!
to the end of the hall...then they laugh and laugh!
Parker is my little helper ;) he is on my toes 24/7 trying to see and learn

I got out two of the windmills I used as decoration at their party. They thought it was fun to put in them in their mouth =) two of a kind

                               haha!
Presley found on of the monitor parts in Parker's drawer and wanted to drag it around. Guess who was chasing around the cord behind her? They then went around the house like this... ;)

They are very into climbing these days. Presley pulled down the basketball goal and decided to climb...stinker!
 "What Mom?"
They like chasing each other through the tunnel and playing peek a boo with each other :)

 go
 Parker loves basketball

Oh I sure love these two! =)

Happy Birthday Dadda!

Since I took a picture of the babies last year holding, "Happy Birthday Daddy" sign...I decided to continue the tradition. I was also curious to compare last years and this years...oh my they've grown and changed!

Happy Birthday Eric!
And WOW getting a picture this year was much more difficult than last year! =) This one was the winner...notice the Cheerios?
 Compared to last year
Here are some of the crazy out takes...these two.. ;)

After our photo shoot we got ready to meet their little friend Hudson at the Splash Pad. Then after their nap we made Daddy a card with their hand prints. I didn't have food coloring to make homemade paint so I used sprinkles. ha!
                                            Parker's hand print :)

Jump-O-Lene

Since it's blazing hot here and we might burst into flames if we walk outside after 9am I decided to search on Amazon for a new indoor toy for P & P! I was so excited for the Jump-O-Lene and couldn't wait for the lovely UPS to drop it off! It came in just after Eric got home from work one day so it was perfect timing for Daddy to air it up with the compressor. =) Yes it is huge but I thought P & P would just love it and figured it would be a good thing to get out when their friends come over or birthday parties. Presley LOVED it the minute she got in, Parker on the other hand was a little afraid at first but warmed up to it a little. Here are some pics of the first time we put them in it...
I am not kidding when I say Presley thought it was a wrestling ring!

WWF star PRESLEY KATE! Oh and can you see the hair sticking straight up? The static had her hair all crazy- hilarious. ;)

Oh and this is just them one morning at breakfast. =)
Unfortunately, we had to put them jump-o-lene up a couple days later because Presley loved it so much she wanted to constantly get in and out of it by herself...not safe! So for now it's put away...and we have our living room back. =)
