Parker is such a happy little guy! I love when he gets to laughing! He's been a big laugher since he was tiny! Remember the tape measure video? hehe! Here he is... at it again, I was putting my necklace in my mouth and then spitting it out making funny sounds, he found it quite funny. haha yes I know it sounds like something else! ;)
